Founded in Bologna in 1996, Borgo delle Tovaglie grew from a desire to reinterpret Italy’s textile tradition through a contemporary and distinctive approach to the home. Since 2005, Valentina Muggia and Giuliano Di Paolo have led the project, bringing their eclectic vision to interiors and table settings. Exceptional fabrics, colour, distinctive finishes and tactile combinations define collections ranging from table and household linens to decorative accessories. Each piece is made to order in the Bologna atelier, where artisanal expertise and a deeply sartorial approach remain central to the process. Borgo delle Tovaglie creates objects designed to be lived with and enjoyed over time, combining craftsmanship, personality and modern inventiveness in interiors that feel intimate, expressive and unmistakably personal.
