Return Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For returns shipped from non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or carrier charges applied when the goods re-enter the European Union are refundable: these costs are imposed by customs authorities and carriers, not by Julian Fashion, and if incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Markets (United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia): duties and taxes are already included in the price at checkout. In the event of a return, these amounts are refunded together with the value of the product. For the United Kingdom, shipping costs remain non-refundable; for the United States, the Sales Tax calculated based on the destination state is refundable.

Returns for ESW Markets If you placed your order through one of our ESW markets (Australia, United States, United Kingdom or United Arab Emirates), please submit your return request through our dedicated Returns Portal.

All other countries: customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, both at the time of purchase and at the time of return, and are never refundable by Julian Fashion, as they are not collected by us.

Return costs:

  • Italy: €10
  • European Union: €20
  • United Kingdom: £30
  • United States: $30
  • United Arab Emirates: $70
  • Australia: A$90
  • Rest of the World: €45 + any customs return fees

Refunds cover only the value of the items returned.

Return Procedure

Log in to your personal account, go to the Orders section, and locate the order containing the items you wish to return. Select the items to return and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Important Notes:

  • Return requests must be completed within 14 days of receiving the products.
  • Items must be handed over to the courier within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation.
  • Returned items will be inspected. Items that fail to meet the specified conditions will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories, including the authenticity tag and security seal, intact and unbroken.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Shoe soles must show no signs of wear.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Refunds

Refunds cover only the value of the returned items. Original shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any customs charges, including those applied upon re-entry into the European Union, are not refundable.

For orders shipped to: the United Arab Emirates, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes paid at checkout are included in the product price and are refunded in the event of a return. For the United States, the Sales Tax calculated based on the destination state is refundable. For the United Kingdom, shipping costs remain non-refundable.

For all other countries, customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable, as they are not collected by Julian Fashion at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of Julian Fashion receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Size/Color Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges of items or sizes. To request a different size or item:

Initiate a return for the original item.
Place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to an error by Julian Fashion, please contact our Customer Service team to find a solution. In these cases, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their order for any reason, as regulated by Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code). This right applies exclusively to consumers (individuals purchasing goods for personal, non-commercial use).

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (including brand boxes), with all original tags and accessories (e.g., dust bags, garment covers). The authenticity tag and security seal must remain intact.

Products must not be worn, washed, or altered.

Shoes must have unworn soles.

Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sealed products, such as underwear or swimwear, cannot be returned once opened.

If these conditions are not met, Julian Fashion reserves the right to return the products to the customer at their own expense.
