Canada Goose
Founded in Toronto in 1957 by Sam Tick, Canada Goose began as a company specialising in garments designed for harsh climates and extreme conditions. Over time, technical parkas and down jackets came to define the brand’s identity, shaped by protection, craftsmanship and performance. Since 2024, Haider Ackermann has served as the first Creative Director in Canada Goose’s history, bringing a new sensibility to its functional heritage through a more expressive and contemporary approach. Performance materials, technical construction and a strong focus on durability remain central, while refined proportions, colour and detailing expand the brand’s visual language beyond traditional outerwear. Canada Goose continues to approach clothing as both protection and design, maintaining a strong connection to its Canadian origins while evolving naturally between outdoor environments and urban life.
