Denim x Alexander Wang

Launched in 2014 by Alexander Wang, Denim x Alexander Wang was created to reinterpret one of the wardrobe’s most everyday materials through the urban, relaxed aesthetic of the designer’s creative universe. The first collection began with three fits—slim, relaxed and boy—developed using structured denim, carefully considered washes and finishes that evoke the authentic look of worn-in jeans. Over time, the research expanded to oversized proportions, layered constructions, graphic details and experiments with shape, while keeping denim at the centre. Alexander Wang favours a balance of metropolitan attitude, comfort and contemporary workmanship, transforming jeans, shorts and coordinated pieces into elements with strong personality. Denim x Alexander Wang treats denim as an evolving classic: direct, versatile and intentionally unconventional.
