Diversity is a value that must be protected and encouraged through concrete actions across all organizational and management processes, by understanding, including and valuing the differences among our people. Diversity enriches the organization and encourages new ideas and initiatives, multiplying opportunities to generate innovative solutions. People from different cultural and social backgrounds and generations, with different abilities, skills and experiences, represent a distinctive value that enables constructive dialogue from multiple perspectives and allows the organization to understand and anticipate the needs of customers and relevant stakeholders.
JULIAN FASHION is committed to preserving the value of people, so that everyone feels included and can perform at their best while feeling truly part of the company. This commitment is reflected in a human resources development and management strategy capable of promoting an inclusive culture, valuing the uniqueness of individuals and ensuring equal opportunities for professional growth, regardless of the role held within the organization.
