Courreges
Founded in Paris in 1961 by André and Coqueline Courrèges, Courrèges revolutionized 1960s fashion through sharp geometry, luminous colour and innovative materials such as vinyl. The Maison’s Space Age aesthetic grew from an optimistic vision of the future and an almost architectural approach to construction. Since 2020, artistic direction has been entrusted to Nicolas Di Felice, who reinterprets these codes through essential lines, body-skimming jersey, cut-outs and references to contemporary nightlife. White, vinyl and geometric forms continue to interact with new materials and proportions, preserving the brand’s experimental attitude. Courrèges offers a direct and sensual form of modernity where futuristic heritage, freedom of movement and research into the body coexist in an immediately recognizable language.
