Carhartt Wip
Founded in 1994 by Edwin Faeh, Carhartt Work In Progress was created as a European reinterpretation of American workwear, transforming its functional codes into a language connected to contemporary culture. Canvas jackets, work trousers, denim, sweatshirts and accessories preserve the durability and practicality of the original archetypes while being reworked through proportions, colours and details suited to urban life. Since the 1990s, Carhartt WIP has developed close ties with skateboarding, music, art and subcultures, elements that continue to shape its identity. The brand builds an essential, durable and recognizable wardrobe where authenticity, functionality and street culture coexist with an ongoing exploration of form and everyday use.
