Borsalino

Founded in Alessandria in 1857 by Giuseppe Borsalino, Borsalino represents one of Italy’s longest-standing traditions dedicated to the art of hatmaking. After a period of training in Paris, the founder developed a manufacturing approach based on exceptional felt, artisanal craftsmanship and continuous exploration of new forms. The celebrated Fedora became one of the brand’s signatures, joined over time by Panama hats, caps and other headwear created through numerous manual processes. Felt, straw and carefully selected materials are worked using techniques refined over more than a century and a half of experience. Today, Borsalino continues to reinterpret this heritage through a contemporary language, keeping the savoir-faire of Alessandria at its core and transforming the hat into an accessory that combines function, elegance and personality.
