PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, Wallet (Apple Pay and Google Pay), bank transfer, Klarna, Scalapay and Julian Fashion Gift Card.

All communications relating to payment and the data you provide during checkout are handled through secure, encrypted connections.

Regardless of the payment method selected, ordered Products remain our property until we have received full payment of their purchase price.

CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, our secure payment gateway. When completing your purchase, your card details are entered directly into an encrypted, PCI-compliant form and are never accessible to third parties or stored on our servers.

Please note that our customer service team is never authorised to request or accept your card number or validity details by phone or email. If your card has sufficient funds and the details provided are valid, payment is confirmed instantly and you will receive an order confirmation email.

PAYPAL
Pay using your PayPal account: log in with your credentials, follow the checkout steps and confirm the payment. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction securely.

WALLET (APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY)
Check out quickly using the card already saved on your device via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Simply confirm with your fingerprint, face recognition or device passcode — no need to manually enter your card details.

BANK TRANSFER
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the bank details directly in the email confirming receipt of your order.

You will then need to arrange the transfer with your bank using the details provided in that email.

If the relevant amount is not credited to our bank account within 5 business days of the order being placed, or within any other agreed timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

KLARNA
Klarna offers several flexible payment options. You can pay the full amount immediately, or pay within 14 or 30 days interest-free. Alternatively, split your purchase into 3 interest-free monthly instalments at no extra cost.

Select Klarna at checkout, enter the required details and choose your preferred option. Once your purchase is completed, you'll receive confirmation from Klarna and can manage your payments through their app or website.

SCALAPAY
With Scalapay you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments: the first is charged at the time of purchase, the remaining two every 30 days.

Select Scalapay at checkout, complete the quick approval process and confirm your order. You can track and manage your instalments directly through your Scalapay account.

GIFT CARD
You can redeem your Julian Fashion Gift Card at checkout by entering the code in the dedicated field. Gift Cards cannot be combined with cash refunds and cannot be reloaded once used.

Please note: Gift Cards are currently not valid for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
