Veilance
VEILANCE was launched in 2009 as an Arc'teryx project dedicated to translating technical research developed for the mountains into an urban context. The brand applies advanced construction, performance materials and a minimalist approach to a system of garments designed to adapt to changing weather and the demands of city life. Outerwear, trousers, knitwear and layering pieces focus on waterproofing, breathability, lightness and freedom of movement, eliminating unnecessary details so that function and construction define the aesthetic. Its research remains connected to the design culture of Canada’s West Coast, where Arc'teryx was founded in 1989. VEILANCE interprets technical apparel through precision and discretion, transforming outdoor technology into an essential, sophisticated urban wardrobe designed to respond to its environment.
