| Founded in 2012 by Daniele Amato, seventh generation of the Locati family, AMATO DANIELE grew from more than a century of leatherworking expertise and a deeply rooted Milanese craft tradition. Raised among artisans and workbenches in the family workshop, the designer developed an early understanding of the construction of bags, footwear and accessories. Traditional techniques, refined materials and distinctive details shape creations that often revisit forms and methods drawn from the family archives through a contemporary perspective. Daniele Amato continues to bring innovation to this heritage while keeping construction, handwork and material quality at the centre.
