Shipping
Standard Shipping and Express Shipping are handled by international courier partners (DHL, FEDEX, UPS), selected automatically based on the destination country.
For destinations that cannot be reached by ground/sea freight, only Express (air) shipping is available.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method and are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
Free Shipping Thresholds (Standard Shipping only)
Italy: free standard shipping on orders over €300
Europe: free standard shipping on orders over €500
Rest of the World: free standard shipping on orders over €1,000, only for destinations where standard shipping is available
For countries where standard shipping is not available, free shipping does not apply and only paid Express shipping is offered.
Express shipping is always subject to a fee, regardless of destination or order value.
Free shipping applies exclusively to standard shipping and cannot be combined with express delivery.
All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
All duties and customs charges are borne by the customer, even in cases of free shipping.

Duties and Customs
For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and Australia, duties and taxes are calculated and included in the price at checkout (DDP). For the United States, Sales Tax is calculated separately based on the destination state .
For all other destinations duties and taxes are not collected at checkout (DDU). They are applied upon delivery and must be paid by the customer directly to customs/carrier. These charges are non-refundable in case of a return, even when shipping was free.
IMPORTANT: The shipping costs displayed on the website apply to standard orders. In the event that an order, due to the type, quantity, weight, or volume of the items purchased, incurs shipping costs higher than standard, Julian Fashion reserves the right to notify the customer of any additional charges after the order has been placed and prior to shipment. In such cases, the customer may choose to accept the additional costs or request the cancellation of the order.
