TREND: COLORI PASTELLO

BABY BLUE & BABY PINK

Spring has finally begun, this means looks with floral prints and pastel tones. This last one for the SS19 is a real trend, especially when it comes to baby blue and baby pink.

Pink has always been synonymous with femininity, romance and sweetness. For the SS19 it was used in three key aspects: Powdery ballet pink, a delicate and versatile pink suitable for every situation. Pressed rose, a very feminine and iconic pink that dates back to the times of Marie Antoinette, and finally Sweet lilac, a touch of lavender inside the Millennial pink, feminine but whimsical, also suitable for the male wardrobe.

Here is a total baby pink look proposal that you can wear every day. To start off, Balmain's double-breasted jacket is paired with Stella McCartney wide leg pants and the sling-backs by Malone Souliers ‘Marion Luwolt’ and Gucci ‘Fs revolution’ sunglasses.
Blue, on the other hand, always refers to royalty and luxury but at the same time it is synonymous of calm and quietness. For SS19, Clearwater blue was the protagonist of many fashion shows, from Balmain to Isabel Marant, since it lends itself very well to both romantic looks and power dressing suits. Here is our proposal for the total baby blue look: Gilet by Dries Van Noten with padded shoulder, Onedressonelove wide leg jeans, shirt from Balenciaga with logo and finally "Bonsai 15" by Simon Miller.
