It has today confirmed a new two-year mandate for the current president manager Giacomo Santucci and its board members: Claudio Betti- owner of the Spinnaker Boutiques, Maurizio Coltorti- owner of the Contorti stores, Giuseppe Angiolini- owner of the Sugar stores , Sabina Zabberoni- owner of Julian Fashion's stores, Andrea Molteni- owner of Tessabit and Giacomo Vannuccini- holder of the Tricot stores.Tiziano Cereda of the Biffi Boutiques stores was also reconfirmed as Treasurer.

The planning developed by the reconfirmed board continues in this way and thus continues its course as originally wanted by the Founding President, Flaminio Soncini, who passed away in June 2021.
